Stan Wilson has been re-elected president of the McNeese State Cowboy Club.

He will hold the position for the 2008-2009 term.

Also selected as officers during a recent club wide election were Marc Melancon as vice president, Darlene Savoie as secretary and Philip Abshire as treasurer.

Named to the board of directors were Charles Gorman, Sherill Hernandez, Chuck Richey, Dewayne Bruette, Larry Farmer, Bob Phillips and C. J. Hernandez.

The club is a booster organization for all McNeese State athletics and in the past 10 months has donated $225,000 to various sports, to scholarship funds and for field turf.

Membership is $125 per year and the club meets on Tuesday nights in the Cowboy Room throughout the school term.
