Came back in 2005 after a year off and took right back up as one of the top players in the secondary for the Cowboys...is expected to make his senior season a big one...

2005: ranked second on the team in tackles with 62 and started seven games....led team and ranked among the SLC leaders with three pass interceptions...also had four passes broken up....had a team high 15 tackles against Southern Miss...also nine vs Southeastern La and eight against Texas State...had two interceptions against S. Miss in the first quarter, one leading to Cowboy first td of game (earned SLC Player of Week honors)

2004: sat out the season

2003: credited with 29 tackles, three for a loss and two of them sacks...also forced two fumbles and had three passes broken up...returned one punt for three yards...four tackles vs Kansas State and three against Sam Houston and Georgia Southern

2002: played as a true freshman and had a total of eight tackles, recovered a fumble and had two passes broken up...two tackles each against Western Kentucky and Southwest Texas..

High School: football, basketball and track letters...all-state and all-district in football...65 tackles and four interceptions senior season...had 25 catches for 465 yards and four tds as a wide receiver...averaged 15.8 yards per punt return and 28.2 per kickoff return...ran seven kicks back for tds...played on USA all-star football team...named to a pre-season all-America team...ran 100 and 200 meters in track
