He's one of the best defensive players on the team and can hit with power...has seen starting action the past two years

2005 season: batted .213 and stgarted 25 of 33 games played...had 17 hits, belted three homers and drove in nine runs..also stole six bases and made only one error in 26 chances..belted a solo home run against Wichita State...was two for six with 2 RBIs and home in series against SE Louisiana...also two for four with two runs scored and two RBIs in UNO series

2004 season: saw action in 25 games and had nine hits in 51 at bats...made only one error in 27 fielding chances...had two hits against Northern Iowa...

Pre-McNeese: lettered four years in baseball and basketball at Barbe High...all-district in both...played on two state championship baseball teams...academic all-state honors...
